In addition to providing emotional support via the telephone helpline, LifeLine Shanghai also offers information.

Everyday, we answer a wide variety of questions about the Shanghai, everything from how to get involved in different activities, where to find an English-speaking veterinarian, to what resources are available in the city to address a certain issue. If we don't have the answer on hand right away when you call, we’ll ask you to call us back- but rest assured that we'll do our best to find that information for you in the meantime!
