Puberty 101 Session with Family Guru Carrie Jones

Signs of Puberty can start showing in children as early as 9 years old. Find out everything about this period to ensure your child’s transition into adolescence will be as smooth as possible. Presented by Carrie Jones, Family Counselor at the Community Center.

During this talk Carrie will go over the emotional and behavioral changes that come about as a result of puberty and will discuss best ways to communicate with preteens on puberty, sex and risky behaviors. Important topic for parents of children from 8-14 years of age.
