of the Board of Directors are volunteers and are representative of the
expatriate community in Shanghai. The Executive Director of LifeLine
Shanghai serves as an ex-officio member of the Board. The Board meets
monthly.

Staff | bios
Members
of the staff are all volunteers and are representative of the
expatriate community in Shanghai . Their role is to ensure that a
framework is in place for the operating team (staff and volunteers) and
to provide advice and counsel as needed. The executive director of
LifeLine Shanghai serves as an ex-officio member of the Committee. The
Committee meets monthly.
